  • 2 pieces chicken breasts, cubed Cut into small cubes.
  • 2 tablespoons butter For cooking the chicken.

  • 1 teaspoon paprika For seasoning chicken.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder For seasoning chicken.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning For seasoning chicken.
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic Added for flavor.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Cheese for topping.
  • 1 cup Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce Use as desired.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into small cubes.
  2. Toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
Cooking the Potatoes
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and cook the potatoes for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times to ensure even cooking.
Cooking the Chicken
  1. While the potatoes are cooking, cut the chicken breasts into small cubes.
