Garlic Parmesan Cheddar Chicken Linguine in Creamy Butter Sauce 🍝✨

A rich and cheesy pasta dish with tender chicken, perfectly cooked linguine, and a creamy garlic butter sauce that melts in your mouth. Perfect for a cozy dinner night! 😍

Ingredients:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

Salt & black pepper, to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

8 oz linguine pasta

2 tbsp unsalted butter

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 🍝

Cook the Chicken:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside. 🍗

Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring, until the sauce is smooth and creamy. 🧄🧀

Combine Pasta & Chicken:
