CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH BROWNIE BOMS

 


Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (for brownie batter)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened (for cookie dough)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (for cookie dough)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (for cookie dough)
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (for cookie dough)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Sift together cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder; gradually add to the wet mixture. Stir in 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips.
4. For the cookie dough, cream softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
5. Mix in milk and vanilla extract.
6. Gradually add flour and salt to form a soft dough, then fold in 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips.
7. Scoop a tablespoon of brownie batter into each muffin cup.
8. Flatten a small ball of cookie dough and place it on top of the brownie batter.
9. Cover the cookie dough with another tablespoon of brownie batter, ensuring it is fully enclosed.
10. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the brownie layer comes out with moist crumbs.
11. Allow to cool completely before removing from the muffin tin.

Tips:
Use chilled cookie dough to prevent it from melting into the brownie batter during baking.
For extra gooey centers, slightly underbake the brownies by 2-3 minutes.
