Fried Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

* 1 kg chicken pieces
* 2 cups buttermilk
* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 tsp paprika
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* Salt and pepper to taste
* Oil for frying

Steps:

1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk with salt and pepper for 4 hours or overnight.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Dredge chicken in seasoned flour, pressing to coat well.
4. Heat oil in a deep pan to 175°C (350°F).
5. Fry chicken in batches until golden and cooked through (10–15 min).
6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot
