Ingredients
For the Cookie Crust:
24 chocolate cookies, finely crushed
60 g (1/4 cup) unsalted butter, melted
For the Peanut Butter Layer:
240 g (1 cup) creamy peanut butter
225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
75 g (2/3 cup) powdered sugar
120 ml (1/2 cup) milk
For the Chocolate Ganache:
175 g (6 oz) dark chocolate chips
120 ml (1/2 cup) cream
For the Whipped Cream:
240 ml (1 cup) heavy cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
Combine the crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan or pie dish.
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Make the Peanut Butter Layer:
Beat the peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth.
Gradually add the milk and mix until creamy.
Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
3. Prepare the Chocolate Ganache:
Heat the cream until warm (but not boiling) and pour it over the chocolate chips.
Let it sit for a minute, then stir until smooth.
Pour the ganache over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
4. Whip the Cream:
Beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Use as a topping or serve on the side.
5. Chill and Serve:
Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight.
